Vizo Luxon Advanced

For our tests with Luxon Advanced we choose to use a 2.5 inch SATA drive from Samsung with model number HM121HI. This due to our normal test drive from Seagate at 500GB crashed totally just before the test and we don’t have any other drives available at the moment.

The crash of the Seagate drive was not caused by Luxon Advanced, but in our previous test machine.

We have tested our SATA drive with the slot bracket that comes with the product, with the USB2.0 connection, directly connected to an internal SATA connector and at last with a add-on PCI-X card from Belkin; F5U197ea.

It looks like Luxon can perform well and it is a good looking product, so head on over to the last page to find out what score we can give it.
